Check in one night here. First went inside the room and it smells. Requested for air refresher when we came back. Around 12am we came back from Jonker Street then thought to have a good shower. The heater isn’t working and water is cold. We requested for maintenance but no one are there at lobby. The guard told us only tomorrow they can check for us. We requested to change room but room are fully booked. There are no one at the lobby except for a guard who do rounding.

There are plenty of car parking lots. The hotel is beautiful, and every corner is picture worthy. We had a problem with the TV in our room but they solved it immediately. Overall, me and my friends had a comfortable stay there. For family with elderly, might need to reconsider as there are only stairs provided.

Beautiful nostalgia hotel. Room is clean, bed and pillow are really comfortable. Receptionist is friendly and helpful. For the price it is worthy. Location is 10min drive to jonker street. There are cafes and live band bar within the hotel vicinity. Will be back :)

ONE OF THE BEST HOTELS WITH A BABA NYONYA VIBE IN MELAKA. IT IS A MUST STAY PLACE IF YOU HAVE YOUR OWN CAR, 10 mins WALK TO JONKAER. ALL WAS WELL BUT IT IS NOT A OKU/DIASABLE FRIENDLY AT ALL!! DURING BOOKING, IHAD STATED I NEEDED A GROUND FLOOR AS MY UNCLE WAS A DISABLE,, CANTG DO THE STAIRS! (I HAD CALLED 2 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK AND MADE A REQUEST FOR GROUND FLOOR AND IT WAS CONFIRMED) BUT WHEN I GOT THERE, NO GROUND FLOOR ROOM NOR ANYONE TO HELP WITH HEAVY BAGS, THAT WAS REALLY DISAPPOINTING!!!! I WOULD SAY THE MANAGEMENT WAS GREAT

Overall, our stay was pleasant and enjoyable. We did encounter a minor issue during our stay when the power in our room suddenly went out. However, the staff responded quickly and professionally. They managed to resolve the problem as soon as possible and even offered us the option to switch to a new room. We appreciated their prompt assistance and good service, which made our stay comfortable despite the small hiccup.
